Thousands of the drivers of trucks had been left stranded and without a job all across the country. This has happened post the company that had been involved in trucking had filed for bankruptcy all of a sudden.
The fuel cards of these drivers had been cancelled which left them clueless about what they were supposed to do.
Today, among those drivers there was one who had come back to his home which was situated in Houston.
The man who is named Carlos Coto has said that he was still making an attempt to figure out in his mind why the company had done this to them having known for the longest time that they were family.
Only a few days after the two executives who had been there formerly at the company had been charged in a scheme of fraud, the company has said that it was left with no option but to end all of its operations.
Coto had been in Indiana when the call was made by the company.
According to him the company told him to leave the truck out there and look for a way to get himself a ticket through which he would go back to his home.
The man from Houston says that he had filled his tank up before the cancellation of the fuel card so therefore he started going south instead and the full tank had got him from Indiana till Waxahachie from where his wife and pastor were able to pick him up.
Coto like a lot of others are now looking for another job prior to Christmas otherwise they would struggle in meeting their ends and paying their bills.
